Stout Heart Welcomes Jess Stack To The Agency Team!

Stout Heart is pleased to introduce our new Director of Client Service, Jessica Stack!

Jess started her career in the creative world and evolved into her current client-facing role out of her love for organization and detail. She has over 10 years of industry experience with digital advertising, production, and design. As a process-driven problem solver, Jess is passionate about supporting client needs – especially with digital solutions like web and video.

She earned her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts and was named one of the Top 25 Graphic Design Students in New England by the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Her love for marketing began while working at ESM Digital in Andover, MA as an Account Coordinator prior to returning to school to complete her BFA. Jess’s career in design began shortly after graduation at another local agency, Rumbletree, where she earned three promotions in 7 years and was responsible for supporting and helping to deliver on all larger agency projects and workflow. She also played a lead role in the Operations Department, helping to manage all in-house processes. Jess has worked with brands including New Balance, Fidelity, New Hampshire Tourism, and the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.

Jess is excited for yet another opportunity to grow in her career here at Stout Heart and to work with a team of like-minded people.
