The Friendly Toast
Across industries, today’s consumers expect a strong, engaged social media presence from brands. Social platforms are where consumers go to both discover new products and services and evaluate quality and expertise. If you’re struggling to plan and manage your brand’s social media presence and performance, you’re not alone, and our team is here to help.
We take great pride in providing transparent, holistic social media services. What makes us different? A whole lot.
As with all work at Stout Heart, we take our client relationships seriously. That means careful listening and building trust.
From strategy to posting to reporting, we’ll take as much off your team’s plate as you need. We’ve got your back.
Content that lines up with your brand’s objectives but also works in tandem with any other marketing efforts you have in the works.
Which means that we approach every social media client with fresh eyes and ideas and a unique aesthetic treatment.
Our team has a unique set of skills, including in-house photography for flat lays and on-site shoots. We are a crew of many talents.
Not only do we provide monthly, biannual, and annual social media reports, we are constantly reviewing these analytics to find areas for improvement.
We’ve worked with clients who were thrilled to have our team take the weight of social media management entirely off their plate and others with the internal capacity to manage their social media but lacked the training that they needed to hit the ground running. Because of these client types, we’ve developed two social media packages to choose from. Not seeing what you need? Reach out! We’re happy to customize a solution that’s right for your business.
Beginning the relationship with an intensive onboarding period, Stout Heart’s social media team reviews all previous social media activity, conducts a social media competitive analysis, provides recommendations on strategically-aligned content pillars to guide content generation going forward, and designs branded templates specific to your brand’s needs.
Once this phase is complete, the Stout Heart team is responsible for development of content, sourcing imagery, scheduling upon client approval, and responding to user engagement as is appropriate.
Stout Heart provides monthly and biannual progress reports in an effort to enable continuous improvement based on actual results.
Stout Heart developed the “Teach A Person” package in direct response to a client’s request to train an existing, social media savvy member of their team to handle their ongoing social media for them.
This option allows the client to go through Stout Heart’s typical social media onboarding process to assess content quality, establish tone both visually and in copy, and includes a hefty amount of training before the client is gently pushed out of the nest to fly on their own.
The brand that wants to give the social media reigns to the professionals. We treat social media content generation as a collaborative process and encourage you to stay involved, but we will steer the ship and report in regularly on progress made.
Companies with a team that needs foundational strategy and training in order to successfully mange its social media on its own. If you need a hands-on crash course, this is the package for you.
