Staying Sane: Resources For Taking Care During Coronavirus Isolation

Mar 18, 2020

Several days into self-quarantine, it’s easy to find yourself diving down an internet news rabbit hole that a) has no end or b) does not end well for your mental health. We’ve been steadily amassing a list of resources that we hope will help our community as we hunker down together (but separately).

We’re breaking this down into mental health, physical health, adult education, and youth education. If you have resources to add to this list, all are welcome. Please email us any details and we’ll do our best to keep this as up-to-date as we can.

We’re prioritizing local resources in these lists in the hopes that we can buoy our community in some way. Please do your best to help our friends out.

Take care of yourselves and your loved ones, folks!
