Overview

Have you ever visited a restaurant and thought to yourself, “wow, this place is special”? If not, you haven’t been to visit our friends at Thompson House Eatery. The restaurant turned a new leaf when purchased by Jeff and Kate Fournier. Jeff, twice-nominated for the James Beard awards, and Kate, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Fellow, know what they’re doing (to say the least). When they came to Stout Heart for social media marketing help, their challenge for us was to translate the beauty of their food and the warmth of their restaurant into a social media presence. No small ask. 

Because of this, Stout Heart took a close look at image selection and tone of voice, carefully crafting social media feeds that thoughtfully represent Thompson House Eatery. This careful attention resulted in a net 437% increase in followers on THE’s social media accounts over the course of our first year of engagement and a significant increase in follower engagement.
