Overview

The Friendly Toast, originally a small, local brunch spot, was acquired by Goodwin Family Management, who has added four locations since they took over and is planning on opening five more within the next year. Our retainer relationship with them began with a major brand refresh and brand standard exercise in order to prepare the chain for major growth. Stout Heart is also responsible for The Friendly Toast’s social media management, photography, merchandise design, as well as refreshing menus and collateral, and a whole lot more fun along the way.
